📋 Description

• Report to the SVP of Revenue Operations in a $1B SaaS business • Lead global sales execution and operational cadence • Manage and mentor regional operations leaders • Oversee the implementation of standardized customer engagement practices • Drive the adherence to Annual Operating Plans • Identify bottlenecks in sales processes and implement solutions • Foster a culture of operational excellence and change management

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in regional execution and operational discipline • Proven track record of driving sales execution and forecasting • Experience with performance management frameworks • Familiarity with Customer Engagement Lifecycle processes • Ability to standardize sales methodologies across global theaters • Strong background in compensation planning and territory management • Experience in partner integration and deal structuring
