📋 Description

• Lead ongoing strategic consulting engagements for enterprise brands, partnering with Customer Success Managers • Evaluate customer workflows, align social media strategy to business objectives, and advise on industry trends • Advise VP- and CMO-level stakeholders using social intelligence and cross-platform analytics to optimize brand performance and demonstrate ROI • Create custom performance reports, executive presentation decks, social care and publishing playbooks, workflow audits, and strategy workshops • Support influencer marketing, social customer care, and employee advocacy use cases • Drive continued growth and feature adoption across customer organizations • Lead end-to-end software implementation projects across Sprout’s Core Platform, Employee Advocacy, and Influencer Marketing products • Guide customers through Design, Setup, Training, and Validation, including onboarding, change management, and technical platform configuration • Configure account architecture, user permissions, tagging taxonomies, and automated message routing rules • Deliver administrator and end-user product training • Conduct consulting, implementation guidance, executive presentations, and training in English and Spanish • Use Kantata, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and approved AI tools to manage timelines and deliverables • Standardize internal consulting workflows and templates

🎯 Requirements

• Professional fluency in English and Spanish, verbal and written • 4+ years in social media strategy, professional services, software implementation, or strategic SaaS consulting • Demonstrated experience in social strategy development and execution • Experience developing custom consulting deliverables, executive playbooks, and strategic reporting frameworks • Experience training external audiences and navigating complex software platforms • Deep understanding of software implementation processes and change management • Understanding of how project execution ties directly to customer value • Proven project management skills, with ability to manage multiple ongoing customer engagements and deliverables concurrently • Prior background in a social agency, enterprise brand social role, or dedicated SaaS consulting practice preferred • Subject matter expertise in influencer marketing, social customer care, or employee advocacy preferred • High data literacy and ability to turn social intelligence, listening metrics, and native platform insights into business growth opportunities preferred • Executive-level recommendations and interactive workshop experience preferred • Familiarity with cross-functional software lifecycle collaboration preferred
