📋 Description

• Work directly with the Tech Developers and Business Team to implement and support technical solutions to meet organizational objectives. • Assist the Product Team with prioritizing user requirements, overseeing system changes and researching new tools in alignment with industry trends. • Develop, analyze and amend technical specifications for delivery to the development team. • Address and (working with the developers) solution any relevant problems or roadblocks and ensure high levels of performance and security. • Report directly to the Technical Manager. • Make progress in a fast-paced environment with little oversight.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in Comp Sci, Engineering or a related field and 7+ years of related work experience. • Proven experience as an IT Systems, Product, or Business Analyst (or similar role). • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to work on cross-functional teams. • Experience working in a solution delivery environment. • Excellent communication skills including the ability to explain technical details. • Excellent analytical skills with strong problem-solving aptitude.
