📋 Description

• Coordinate and process project opportunities by reviewing and managing incoming documents and information • Input and maintain project-related data within ERP, CRM, and other internal systems • Prepare and deliver detailed, competitive customer quotes aligned with project scope and budgetary requirements • Maintain communication with internal operations, sales teams, customers, and external contractors throughout the project lifecycle • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors to streamline processes and address challenges • Monitor and track project progress, providing timely updates and insights to stakeholders • Use technology and software proficiencies to improve project coordination efficiency • Travel occasionally as required by project needs to facilitate collaboration and project execution

🎯 Requirements

• Robust organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail • Technological proficiency with an aptitude for navigating various software systems • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external contractors • Previous experience in project coordination, distribution, estimating, or material takeoffs is preferred but not obligatory • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other pertinent software applications • Ability to monitor project progress and provide timely, accurate updates to stakeholders • Combined experience and education will be considered to satisfy this requirement • Prior experience in project coordination, distribution, estimating, material takeoffs, or a similar role is preferred • Able to pass background and drug screening
