📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales to identify key performance drivers and develop actionable insights • Support business reviews with performance reporting • Conduct deep-dive analyses on sales performance and marketing initiatives • Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards • Partner with Data Science to quantify the impact of commercial activities • Prepare performance reporting packages for senior leadership • Perform ad hoc analysis for strategic planning • Translate sales performance data into P&L impact • Partner closely with Sales and FP&A teams to align analysis with business objectives • Serve as a liaison between data/BI teams and commercial stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Analytics, or related field • 3+ years of experience in analytics, insights, business intelligence, or sales operations role within B2B industries • Advanced skills in Power BI with demonstrated experience designing and maintaining dashboards • Strong analytical skills with expertise in performance reporting, KPI tracking, and variance analysis • Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Familiarity with statistical analysis or forecasting methods
