📋 Description

• Responsible for managing the WalletShare for Alternatives data and user interface • Capturing client feedback and developing requirements • Managing the sprint process with technical partners • Developing the strategic and technical vision for the product roadmap • Responsibility for relationship development and management with key individuals at each client • Communicating client feedback across teams to ensure it informs the product roadmap • Partnering with the Client Relationship team to ensure successful onboarding of clients • Reviewing all training activities and ensuring they align with customer needs and product release rollouts

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years of related experience • Bachelor’s Degree (major in Economics or Finance preferred but not required) • Excellent Communication skills • Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills • Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodology • Understanding or experience in the Salesforce platform is nice to have • 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry • 5+ years of experience in a customer service or training capacity
