📋 Description

• Support business strategies independently • Elicit requirements and business needs from cross-functional teams across all organizational levels, including vendors • Define solutions and provide training to business users • Act as sprint manager and ensure activities are completed in a timely manner • Provide business process mapping services and define requirements for prioritization and execution • Contribute to request intake management and present activity requests to management prioritization groups for resource alignment • Establish new projects and sprints and provide status updates to management • Develop specifications for smaller projects and ad hoc requests through project teams or customer meetings • Partner with customers, peers, and cross-functional teams to discover needs and offer solutions • Interpret data, identify trends, establish or utilize benchmark data, and create data visualizations • Present information to customers in clear, concise, and useful formats • Prepare sprint cycles and stories, participate in sprint planning, and lead or participate in work prioritization sessions • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Three years’ experience • Ability to elicit requirements and business needs from cross-functional teams and vendors • Facilitation, business process mapping, data interpretation, trend identification, benchmarking, and data visualization skills • Ability to prepare sprint cycles and sprint stories and participate in sprint planning and prioritization sessions • Frequent keyboard use/data entry • Ability to perform the listed physical requirements, including occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling of objects weighing 25–50 lbs. • No professional license or certification required
