• Identify and analyze the history, diagnosis, treatment, disease status, and survival data of cancer patients treated in the organization • Prepare and electronically submit required reporting information to the state cancer database • Collect data for patient care evaluations and protocol studies, and conduct audits • Comply with all reporting requests and requirements • Accurately abstract required cancer-related information into the electronic tumor registry system • Coordinate and maintain the long-term follow-up process for tumor registry patients • Perform other duties as assigned
• Preferred ODS-C credential • Associates degree in Applied Science or related field or equivalent education and experience • Detail-oriented professionals who enjoy investigative work • Frequent keyboard use/data entry • Ability to perform frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling of objects weighing 0–25 lbs. • Ability to perform occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling of objects weighing 25–50 lbs.
