📋 Description

• Provide advanced support to business operations through reporting, data analysis, and operational insights • Influence business strategies by developing robust reports and distilling complex data • Facilitate conversations with leaders to apply data trends to improve business operations • Elicit business requirements for operational improvements across cross-functional teams and organizational levels • Guide the work of Operations Analysts and ensure business and operational needs are met • Provide guidance on complex data reporting and analytic techniques with significant regional and ministry impact • Collaborate with decision makers to identify and solve business and operational problems • Interpret complex data, identify trends, establish and use benchmark data, and create data visualizations • Develop specifications for analytic and reporting needs through project teams and customer meetings • Use databases and advanced query tools to gather data and define reporting and analysis requirements • Ensure data integrity and quality and provide insights into daily and overall business operations • Partner with technical and build teams to establish operational reports and dashboards • Discover business needs with customers, peers, and cross-functional teams and offer solutions • Oversee evaluation, analysis, and development of reporting and analytical tools • Apply advanced analytic techniques to meet business-user needs • Support operational reporting, business process redesign, and process improvement initiatives with data insights • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Five years’ experience • Knowledge of KPIs, industry benchmarks, and performance indicators in the patient financial experience space • Strong communication skills • Inquisitive nature • Self-motivation • Willingness to challenge the status quo • Investigative skills • Experience utilizing databases and advanced query tools • Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, establish and use benchmark data, and create data visualizations • Ability to develop analytic and reporting specifications • Ability to ensure data integrity and data quality • Ability to work with technical and build teams to establish reports and dashboards • Frequent keyboard use/data entry • Must reside in one of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin • No professional license or certification required
