📋 Description

• Assists in the reporting, analysis and implementation of programs that support Revenue Cycle. • Responsible for providing expertise to Revenue Cycle operations to ensure quality service is provided to patients in an efficient and cost-effective manner. • Coordinates system build, testing, workflow analysis, training, onsite support, provider template and protocol management. • Informs staff of system enhancements, documents trends and reports operational issues. • Communicates with registration, scheduling, patient care staff and providers. • Meets regularly with leadership and team members for assigned areas of support to discuss, communicate and facilitate forward movement on issues, projects and operations. • Model and train exceptional customer service to ensure goals and quality standards are met. • Provide on-the-job training for new hires and existing staff which includes changes to processes and upgrades as it relates to Epic and all frontline related workflows. • Work with operational leadership, training personnel, and reporting personnel to plan, develop, implement and evaluate quality assessment needs. • Participate in multiple small projects across the system to crossover to clinical, financial and operations aspects of the business. • Perform functional assessments and time studies of work processes. • Provide business and clinical operational data to management such as issues tracking, phone reporting, staffing analysis, open encounters and work queues. • Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education • One year experience
