• Track, prioritize, and follow up on editorial requests through ClickUp • Monitor project timelines, deadlines, and partner deliverables • Maintain editorial dashboards and reporting on workload, trends, and impact • Coordinate communications between editorial teams, partners, and internal stakeholders • Refine editorial processes, workflows, and documentation • Assist with content reviews, editorial quality checks, and basic content audits • Assess content against editorial guidelines, audience needs, and quality standards • Identify content gaps and opportunities • Prepare editorial recommendations and actionable feedback for partners • Maintain editorial resources, guidelines, and best practices • Create training materials and partner-facing documentation • Support partner education initiatives and explain editorial expectations and processes • Monitor content trends, audience behavior, and industry best practices • Identify emerging editorial opportunities across industries and topics • Contribute to reporting and insights demonstrating editorial impact • Support the Editorial Enablement Manager in building a scalable, repeatable editorial enablement system
• 1–2 years of experience in editorial, content, journalism, publishing, or a related field • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards • Understanding of what makes content successful in a newsroom or digital publishing environment • Ability to quickly learn and work across diverse subject areas • Experience with content management systems, project management tools, or editorial workflows (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with SEO, content strategy, and working website knowledge (nice-to-have) • Experience collaborating with internal teams, external partners, or clients (nice-to-have) • Curiosity and adaptability across industries including travel, food, technology, insurance, and AI (nice-to-have)
