📋 Description
• Provide remote patient support via phone, email, and SMS • Perform asynchronous hearing aid programming and adjustments • Educate patients on hearing aid use, care, and maintenance • Troubleshoot device performance and connectivity issues • Assist patients with Bluetooth pairing and use of the ELEHEAR mobile app • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all patient interactions • Collaborate with customer service, marketing, and product teams to improve user experience and product performance
🎯 Requirements
• Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or equivalent • Active Audiologist license in at least one U.S. state • Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a licensed Audiologist • Previous telehealth or tele-audiology experience required • Familiarity with Aircall, Zendesk, WhatsApp, Calendly, or Google Drive • Comfortable participating in occasional media opportunities or contributing to educational content as a clinical spokesperson
