📋 Description
• Handle inbound SSDI inquiries and conduct initial client intake • Gather and accurately document caller information • Assess potential client eligibility based on intake guidelines • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent • Previous experience in intake, customer service, or call handling preferred • Familiarity with SSDI is an advantage • Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required • Must be willing to work from 6:00pm - 2:00am Central Time
