• Analyze business problems using internal and external data to identify trends, patterns, and key drivers. • Translate business needs into reporting specifications and develop solutions for presenting information clearly and effectively. • Build and maintain queries, reports, and dashboards to support projects and operational decision‑making. • Partner with internal teams to research and resolve data‑related inquiries of moderate complexity. • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including process enhancements, team knowledge‑sharing, and best‑practice development.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. B.A. preferred. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. • Basic to moderate experience developing SQL queries and procedures. • Foundational understanding of reporting automation and data modeling concepts. • Experience with R, Python, Azure, or similar analytical tools. • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or DAX Studio. • Working knowledge of Agile or Lean methodologies. • Ability to apply data quality concepts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
