📋 Description
• Provides overall direction to ensure timely collection of all payors • Monitors performance, and assists in problem resolution • Manages staff to meet department's overall achievement of cash target, accounts receivables goals and quality and productivity measures • Serves as a contact to other departments for information on government guidelines
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education/experience • Five (5) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience • Ability to develop long-range business plans and strategies • Knowledge of accounts receivables and reimbursement management • Knowledge of CPT, ICD9 coding and medical terminology
