📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of complex, large-scale Finance transformation programs • Drive initiative prioritization and sequencing by supporting centralized intake and governance processes • Anticipate, identify, and proactively mitigate execution risks • Manage and execute the future-state Finance Target Operating Model (TOM) and Service Delivery Model (SDM) • Conduct comprehensive Current-State Assessments (CSA) of Finance processes • Leverage standardized global end-to-end (E2E) process taxonomies • Own day-to-day execution of assigned initiatives • Serve as a liaison between the Transformation Office and other departments • Manage the day-to-day activities of project team members • Prepare high-quality executive-level dashboards and materials for steering committees • Serve as a primary change agent for your team’s projects • Lead and deliver key change activities such as stakeholder impact analyses

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires 10+ years of progressive experience leading Finance transformation programs • Experience designing and implementing Finance Target Operating Models (TOM) and Service Delivery Models (SDM) • Strong expertise in end-to-end Finance process transformation and governance • Experience delivering technology-enabled Finance transformation initiatives • Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into executable roadmaps • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change management efforts • People management experience, including coaching • Experience managing external consulting firms • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders • Deep knowledge of Finance operations, accounting principles, and data and AI capabilities • Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes and governance
