📋 Description

• Manage, grow, and develop a relationship with key verticals within distribution partners • Demonstrate the value of Stanley Black & Decker’s total product portfolio and services • Identify key national opportunities with distribution partners • Manage administrative aspects and timely reporting for all territory management areas • Keep distributors motivated and informed about products • Create and present a value-based method of communication

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/associate degree in a related field, or 5+ years of equivalent trade experience • 2+ Years of direct sales experience in industrial sales is strongly preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required • Technical and mechanical ability to work with tools and machines • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or other CRM is preferred • Demonstrated time management skills, ability to set priorities is required • Knowledge of hydraulic, electric, pneumatic, and mechanical systems is preferable • Must be able to develop and present programs to both customers and sales organization • Willingness to travel (60%)
