📋 Description

• Develop technical understanding of DEWALT fastening products, their construction uses, designs, and building-code compliance • Establish relationships with key specifying engineering firms in the territory • Influence designers, architects, and engineers to specify fasteners through visits, education, and technical communication • Deliver technical presentations and training seminars for design professionals • Support sales through specification and conversion activities with the local sales team • Provide technical job-site support and participate in jobsite visits • Assist clients with proprietary technical anchor design software • Communicate customer feedback for future product development • Support local sales efforts from a technical level • Ensure contractor submittals are approved by architects and engineers • Stay current on construction technology and trends, including BIM, Integrated Project Delivery, and construction software • Develop and maintain client records in the CRM tool

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent qualifications • Minimum 2 years’ experience in design engineering, technical support, or technical sales role • E.I.T / FE certified • Professional Engineering (P.E.) license preferred • Construction Industry / Jobsite experience preferred • Valid driver’s license • Up to 60% travel required
