📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for wastewater projects • Supervise the work of other engineers • Support technical preparation and coordination of project documentation • Support technically complex projects and provide guidance to team members • Liaise with clients and regulatory agencies • Remain current on regulatory policy and changes • Support marketing and business development professionals • Engage in leadership in professional organizations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil/Environmental Engineering • Minimum 7 years of experience in the water/wastewater industry • At least 1 year of experience managing and/or coordinating projects • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) is required • Experienced in organizing, planning, and executing the technical delivery of projects • Ability to make sound, defensible business decisions • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Passion for team building and collaboration
