📋 Description

• Drive the work on the project, set priorities, and coordinate team assignments • Manage projects through all stages of the project lifecycle • Implement established company processes and procedures • Facilitate project kick-off meetings and communicate objectives • Develop detailed Work Plan for completing design within scope and budget • Direct, coordinate, and support project team members • Maintain contractual and financial records for the project • Identify QA/QC requirements and schedule technical reviews • Manage client expectations and participate in client meetings • Notify client of changes in project scope and obtain approvals • Actively participate in cross-selling of Stantec services • Invest in professional growth and development • Create and maintain project management tools and templates

🎯 Requirements

• Accredited engineering degree or equivalent experience required • Minimum 7 years related industry experience • Basic knowledge of engineering practices within own discipline • Knowledge of design and construction concepts, practices, procedures, codes, and standards • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents and specifications • Strong written, oral, listening, and presentation skills
