📋 Description

• Grow Stantec’s market share in the Transit & Rail Sector (T&R) in New England • Develop a strategic plan to grow Stantec’s T&R market share in New England • Lead project teams to successfully deliver T&R projects in the US Northeast • Engage in business development and successfully win work • Drive design excellence and grow market presence • Collaborate with existing groups on successful pursuits • Participate in proposal processes, fee and schedule negotiations • Maintain relationships with industry contacts • Coordinate with local and regional leadership for growth strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with the role of deputy design manager, design manager, and or quality manager on mid to large scale projects • Experience leading the design and construction support of complex transportation projects • Experience developing, negotiating, and managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets • Experience with business development and marketing • Ability to lead a team of technical and professional staff • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in a dynamic and energetic environment • Design-Build or other alternative project delivery experience • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field. Post graduate degree preferred • MA Licensed Professional Engineer in Civil or Structural Engineering • Minimum of seven (7) years of progressive engineering and project management experience on mid to large scale transportation projects
