• Ideate and manage the execution of social content across owned organic, paid, and retail channels. • Support growth, engagement, awareness, and brand love across Starface’s social channels. • Evolve Starface’s creative approach across existing platforms and emerging channels. • Maintain Starface’s brand integrity while pushing the creative boundaries of social content. • Manage, mentor, and support one direct report in their creative growth. • Lead creative brainstorming and oversee content execution with thoughtful feedback. • Source and manage creators from start to finish, including traditional influencers and unexpected collaborators. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across marketing, retail, creative, and copy.
• 5+ years of experience in social, ideally with a creative or art direction background rather than a purely marketing-led social background. • Experience managing at least one direct report and know how to support, guide, and grow creative talent. • Deeply online and genuinely understand what is happening culturally, especially with Gen Z and Gen Alpha. • Ability to think beyond trends and understand algorithms and platform behavior without being boxed in by them. • Strong eye for social-first creative and understanding of compelling content creation. • Experienced working with creators and know how to write strong briefs, give clear feedback, and manage content effectively. • Ability to balance big creative thinking with excellent execution, organization, and follow-through. • Strong communication skills and comfort in navigating feedback and approval processes. • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to distinguish between quality and speed requirements. • Excited by new platforms and the opportunity to help shape Starface's social.
