📋 Description
• Provide one-on-one caregiving and behavioral support in home and community settings • Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) including hygiene, nutrition, and mobility • Create and follow structured daily routines and visual schedules • Support community engagement and recreational activities • Encourage communication, independence, and skill-building • Provide supervision (visual/sound awareness) to ensure safety • Collaborate with team members and document progress as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in caregiving, DSP, behavioral support, or IDD services preferred (not required) • Passion for helping others and building meaningful connections • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance • Ability to pass a background check • Comfortable supporting personal care needs (ADLs)
