• Support daily living routines and personal care needs • Encourage independence and healthy habits • Assist with community outings, errands, and activities • Provide calm, respectful, and reliable support • Help maintain a safe and structured environment • Communicate important updates with the support team as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Must be 18 years or older • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Current auto insurance that meets state requirements • Ability to pass a background check (not all records are disqualifying) • Comfortable supporting personal care needs • Experience in caregiving, healthcare, or direct support roles (preferred) • Experience supporting individuals with I/DD (preferred) • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
