📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Data team • Work closely with the Data Manager, Development team, and CEO • Research, process, and analyze datasets across organizational projects • Contribute to the annual Startup Ecosystem Ranking report • Build reports for internal and external stakeholders • Translate data into actionable insights • Maintain and improve Python scripts and data infrastructure • Complete screening questions, a short test task, and several interviews

🎯 Requirements

• High proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python (Pandas) • Python (Matplotlib), Linux Shell, and ETL processes are good to have • Highly motivated and detail-oriented • Genuine interest in economic development and startup ecosystems • Previous involvement with startup ecosystems is a strong plus • Professional-level fluency in English is essential • Ability to work Central European Time hours, 9 AM–5 PM CET • Interest in long-term growth with the company
