📋 Description

• Review and analyze injury claims to determine coverage, liability, and damages • Conduct thorough investigations by gathering relevant information, interviewing involved parties, and reviewing supporting documentation • Evaluate medical records, police reports, and related documents to assess injuries and liability • Negotiate settlements with claimants within policy limits • Document claim activities, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports • Collaborate with legal, medical, and risk assessment teams • Handle bodily injury, uninsured/underinsured, and property damage claims involving injuries • Handle lawsuits and/or demands and work with attorneys • Provide Remarkable® service and support customers through the claims process

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside within 50 miles of New Albany, OH • Bachelor's degree is preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven effective empathy and de-escalation skills • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills • Ability to multi-task across technical platforms • Accountability • Resourcefulness • Must successfully complete all required training • Must successfully complete applicable proficiency and licensing exam(s) • Must successfully complete background checks required of various state(s) • Able and willing to work flexible work shifts • May be asked to work overtime and/or irregular hours
