📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies to customers • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues • Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions • Continuously identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to management • Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers • Adhere to company guidelines and standards for customer service excellence

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with customer management systems • Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
