📋 Description
• Source and contact candidates by phone. • Conduct initial telephone interviews. • Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process. • Maintain accurate candidate records within the CRM. • Update recruitment trackers and databases. • Work closely with the HR Manager to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently. • Provide general administrative support
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in administration, recruitment, operations, or a similar role. • Experience using CRM, ATS, scheduling, or recruitment systems. • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. • Comfortable using WhatsApp and telephone communication throughout the day. • Strong data capturing and record-keeping skills. • Own laptop/computer with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
