📋 Description

• Assist with new and ongoing credit facility matters including amendments and modifications, facility increases and maturity extensions, and joinders of new borrowers • Coordinate with clients, lender’s counsel, and local counsel in various offshore jurisdictions • Draft and review closing deliverables including resolutions, UCC filings, legal opinions and other certifications • Assist with coordinating closings of financing transactions • Assist with preparing summaries of loan agreements to assist with knowledge management and market comparisons • Maintain long-standing relationships with clients and opposing counsel • Handle tasks with some degree of independence as training and experience is developed, with the scope of such tasks potentially expanding

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from ABA accredited law school • Admission to bar of local office jurisdiction • Detail oriented, efficient, and organized • Enjoys transactional work • Interested in being part of a close-knit team • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong organization and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and demands on time • Strong attention to detail • Knowledge of Excel, iManage, Word
