📋 Description

• Contribute to and scale the day-to-day operation of Stedi’s transaction enrollment program • Establish and continuously improve Stedi’s enrollment playbook across thousands of payers • Interface daily with customers, intermediary clearinghouses, and payers to obtain enrollment approvals and improve and scale the operation • Create and grow a content management system of payer-specific enrollment steps and feed those steps into the product and operating system • Collaborate with product to define and ship requirements improving the external enrollments product and internal tooling • Define performance metrics and drive them to industry-leading levels • Troubleshoot enrollment issues, solve root causes, and manage customer-related escalations involving missing ERAs • Build automations, run data analysis, and collaborate with product and engineering as a hands-on individual contributor

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building operational processes and programs • Exceptional ability to manage many open threads simultaneously; hyper-responsive, organized, and thorough • Technical background and ability to build automations and workflows and use AI to support end-to-end automation • Experience in externally facing, client-facing roles, ideally in consulting, support, implementation and onboarding, or program management • Systems mindset and ability to identify and articulate gaps to product, payer operations, and engineering teams • Resourceful, self-motivating, self-disciplined, proactive, and willing to put in the hours • Ability to move quickly and respond with urgency • Ability to communicate work and proactively ask for help or feedback
