📋 Description

• Be responsible for the deliverables of agile ceremonies and ensure proper documentation/evidence of those deliverables • Monitor the squad's capacity and budget; support the definition and prioritization of the product backlog • Elicit, detail, and document functional requirements and business rules • Work with business areas to understand requests and needs • Participate in agile ceremonies such as planning, daily stand-ups, review, and retrospective • Track the development of deliverables together with the technical team • Ensure clarity of requirements for the development team • Assist in defining the product roadmap and its evolution • Monitor KPIs and results related to delivered features • Support user acceptance testing and validation of functionalities • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and products • Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders and involved teams

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • Experience managing a backlog and writing user stories • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar • Basic understanding of requirements elicitation and functional documentation • Basic knowledge of digital products and software development processes • Experience with data migration projects • Familiarity with at least one AI tool (candidate may choose which) • Hands-on experience working with agile methodologies (beyond theoretical knowledge) • Maturity and active listening skills; strong communicator; candidates should be experienced professionals
