📋 Description

• Own the building and delivery of large parts of our core product according to business needs • Write clear and concise production code for the Stellar Health Platform • Work on mission-critical data pipelines, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and flexible to handle various customer and internal data • Deliver new features by collaborating regularly with our product managers. • Lead initiatives on the team backlog, setting technical direction and staging work into well-defined milestones • Set consistent standards for code; testing and fixing bugs throughout the process. • Ensure our users are presented with timely and accurate information that helps them do their job. • Evolve the architecture to improve operational efficiency and support business growth • Actively contribute to Stellar’s Engineering Culture and ensure engineers are writing clear and concise production code for the Stellar Health Platform • Provide effective and constructive feedback by reviewing others’ work • Set consistent standards via code and design reviews, as well as your own technical contributions

🎯 Requirements

• At least six years of total experience, with recent hands-on experience writing production-level code (Python is preferred / Java / C++ / Go) • Experience in a cloud platform such as AWS (preferred), GCP, Azure • Expertise in relational databases, such as PostgreSQL • Experience driving medium to large projects from inception to completion • Great written and verbal communication skills. We work with people across time zones and diverse backgrounds, so you need to be able to communicate both effectively and inclusively. • Experience working on data pipelines and an understanding of the relevant nonfunctional requirements
