📋 Description

• Maintain and improve recurring payment reports and dashboards • Adapt reporting for new applications, markets, and business needs • Create analytical reports and data extracts independently • Add filters and dimensions to existing dashboards • Monitor payment performance, alerts, and week-over-week changes in key metrics • Identify anomalies in payment data and conduct first-line investigations • Perform data quality checks and maintain consistency across data sources • Work with large product and transactional datasets • Provide the Payments team with clear conclusions and actionable insights • Collaborate with Payments, Product, Finance, and other cross-functional teams • Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and analytical workflows • Contribute to advanced payment analytics, experiments, and business hypotheses • Gradually take ownership of recurring dashboards, reports, filters, data extracts, monitoring, and alerting • Identify issues, explain data behavior, and escalate anomalies with necessary context

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, or a similar analytical role • Strong SQL skills and ability to write queries independently • Practical Python skills for data analysis and automation • Working knowledge of statistics and analytical methods • Experience with large datasets and real product or business data • Experience creating or maintaining reports and BI dashboards • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills • Ability to validate data, identify inconsistencies, and investigate anomalies • Ability to clearly explain work performed, problems solved, and usefulness of results • Strong attention to detail and respect for data accuracy • Ownership mindset and responsibility for results • High learning agility and genuine interest in developing within payments • Clear, structured communication and willingness to raise questions or blockers early • Previous payments experience is advantageous but not required • Nice-to-have: payment, transactional, billing, or financial data experience • Nice-to-have: subscription-based, web-to-app, fintech, e-commerce, gaming, or high-volume B2C product experience • Nice-to-have: understanding of monetization models and online payment flows • Nice-to-have: AWS Athena or Amazon S3 experience • Nice-to-have: Tableau, Apache Superset, Looker, or similar BI tool experience • Nice-to-have: experience automating reports or recurring analytical processes • Nice-to-have: projects involving automation, AI tools, or real-world datasets
