📋 Description

• Work closely with Stellus Rx leaders and across the organization to unlock the health of millions of Americans • Lead use case creation, scope management, process improvement, service management, stakeholder analysis, requirement gathering and/or test case creation for medium to large size projects/programs through all phases of the SDLC • Partner with key stakeholders to understand business needs and how it impacts the ongoing development, testing and operations of our model data management solutions • Maintain necessary processes, controls, and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity • Provide analysis and recommendations to business stakeholders in making decisions related to data rules • Develop reconciliation programs to monitor the integrity of the production system data • Design, build, and maintain appropriate data models and structures in support of analytics, data profiling, data rules and data lineage • Work with data stewards to define data rules, develop reference data and master data to support business initiatives and projects • Ensure compliance to Enterprise Data Governance policies and standards while defining the data definition and data quality framework for Master Data Management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience • 7+ years of data and analytics experience • Strong knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical domain • Experience in preparing data mapping requirements from raw data to build a standardized schema and providing detailed ETL requirements • Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses and data management systems • Demonstrates expert skills in mathematical and statistical techniques and approaches used to drive fact-based decision-making • Expert knowledge of data analysis tools, data visualization, developing analysis queries and procedures in SQL, BI tools, or other analysis software • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Teams
