📋 Description

• Develop and review a comprehensive LXMO/LMRT curriculum aligned with ARRT’s Limited Scope of Practice in Radiography exam and competency standards • Evaluate instructional materials for accuracy against certification competencies • Collaborate with program managers, content developers, and the internal Stepful team to align learning objectives with ARRT exam domains and subdomains • Provide ongoing assessment and feedback to improve the curriculum and support student success • Recommend evidence-based teaching strategies for synchronous and asynchronous online delivery • Review assessment tools to mirror ARRT’s testing format and cognitive complexity • Stay current on ARRT exam updates and industry best practices in Limited Scope Radiography

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience developing and managing LXMO/LMRT curriculum aligned with ARRT’s Limited Scope of Practice in Radiography exam and, if applicable, state-level competency standards • Prior experience creating synchronous and asynchronous online educational content • At least 5 years of experience in Radiography, Radiography education, or program administration • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in health sciences, education, or a related field • Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills • Familiarity with instructional design principles, learning management systems, and competency-based education
