📋 Description

• Responsible for supporting, administering, and optimizing Title Production Systems (TPS) used across title and escrow operations • Partners with business stakeholders to analyze operational needs, identify system enhancements, troubleshoot application issues, and implement solutions that improve efficiency, data integrity, and overall user experience • Serves as a subject matter expert on title and escrow workflows while supporting system configuration, testing, training, and continuous process improvement initiatives • Administering Title Production Systems (TPS) or similar title industry applications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience • Strong application administration/background on the technical side of title operations • Previous experience as an Escrow Officer or in a title operations role is highly preferred • Solid understanding of the title insurance industry and title/escrow workflows • Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents • Ability to independently learn, troubleshoot, and understand how applications function • Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members.
