📋 Description
• Provides Nationwide title services • Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by searching public records and examining titles for properties • Compiles, investigates and examines public and tax records to determine liabilities and legal condition of the title • Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments in accordance with company examining and policy procedures • Follows standard procedures and guidelines • Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team • Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided • Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options • Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations • Works under general supervision
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
