• Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by searching public records and examining titles • Compiles, investigates and examines public and tax records • Prepares accurate and comprehensive title commitments • Follows standard procedures and guidelines • Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience • Must have Colorado state experience
