📋 Description

• Review data stored in client files and/or company production systems for accuracy and error-free information • Review quality reports to identify trends, issues, and root causes • Make recommendations for process changes • Participate in implementing quality processes • Integrate with related teams to accomplish objectives • Recognize and solve atypical problems • Evaluate and select solutions from existing precedents or procedures • Communicate and explain complex information and team interdependencies • Modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency • Act as a resource for less experienced team members • Perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience • Ability to review client-file and production-system data for accuracy • Ability to identify trends, issues, and root causes from quality reports • Ability to recommend and implement quality processes • Ability to solve atypical problems using existing precedents or procedures • Ability to communicate and explain complex information and team interdependencies • Ability to work under limited supervision and use discretion to modify processes • Ability to serve as a resource for less experienced team members • No supervisory responsibilities
