📋 Description

• Review data stored in client files and company production systems for accuracy and error-free quality • Review quality reports to identify trends, issues, and root causes • Make recommendations for process changes • Participate in implementing quality processes • Provide support for departmental processes and real estate transaction operations • Complete daily tasks and responsibilities using defined procedures • Address internal and external clients and team members • Perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Typically requires 0–2 years of related work experience • Ability to review data for accuracy and identify errors • Ability to identify trends, issues, and root causes in quality reports • Ability to follow clearly defined procedures • Ability to solve straightforward problems using existing procedures • Basic communication skills for addressing internal and external clients and team members • Ability to work under direct supervision with little autonomy
