📋 Description

• Evaluate existing business processes to identify and execute improvement initiatives • Analyze and test current processes and systems for effectiveness and efficiency • Collect data and perform root cause analysis of issues or problems • Propose solutions according to current and future business needs • Oversee process change implementation and testing • Review changes for measurable organizational improvements • Assist in developing and delivering training programs or presentations communicating process revisions • Perform specialized assignments and solve complex problems through sophisticated analytical thinking • Interpret internal and external business environments • Recommend best practices to improve processes or services • Communicate difficult concepts to teams to generate clarity and alignment • May lead functional projects with moderate risks and resource requirements • Perform other duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred • Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience
