📋 Description

• Provide nationwide title services • Support real estate transactions by searching public records and examining property titles • Compile, investigate, and examine public and tax records to determine liabilities and legal condition of title and property insurability • Prepare accurate and comprehensive title commitments according to company examining and policy procedures • Perform support functions for departmental processes • Follow defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems • Address internal and external clients and team members using basic communication skills • Perform other duties assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Typically requires 0–2 years of related work experience • Experience working in the Michigan market preferred • Ability to compile, investigate, and examine public and tax records • Ability to determine title liabilities, legal condition, and property insurability • Ability to prepare accurate and comprehensive title commitments • Ability to follow company examining and policy procedures • Basic communication skills • Ability to work under direct supervision with little autonomy
