📋 Description

• You’ll own and grow a portfolio of 5-7 enterprise accounts, acting as both a strategic advisor and a commercial driver. • Develop deep, trusted partnerships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers. • Expand your network within accounts to uncover new opportunities across business units. • Identify, shape, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities across software and advisory services. • Lead complex deal cycles from opportunity creation through negotiation and close. • Align Stibo Systems’ solutions to customer business objectives. • Ensure successful outcomes and long-term value realization. • Forecast accurately and manage pipeline with discipline. • Track key account metrics and communicate insights to internal stakeholders. • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Professional Services.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise account management or SaaS sales • Proven success in growing existing accounts and closing expansion deals • Strong executive presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills • Experience in industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, CPG, or Distribution • Familiarity with PIM, MDM, or data management solutions • Comfortable navigating CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and managing forecasts • Interest or experience in AI-driven use cases is a plus • Willingness to travel across North America as needed
