📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of Product Designers by providing coaching, mentorship, performance feedback, and clear direction while fostering an inclusive, high-performing team culture. • Partner with Product, Engineering, Research, Data Science, and business stakeholders to shape product strategy, influence roadmap priorities, and align teams around customer and business outcomes. • Guide the design and delivery of intuitive, cohesive customer experiences by helping teams navigate ambiguity, frame complex problems, and translate strategy into high-quality product solutions. • Champion design excellence by elevating product thinking, interaction design, systems thinking, and customer-centered decision-making while continuously improving design processes, planning, critiques, and collaboration. • Drive operational excellence by using data, customer insights, AI-powered capabilities, and emerging technologies to improve decision-making, increase team efficiency, and strengthen the overall product development process.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • 8+ years of experience in Product Design, UX, or a related discipline, including 3+ years of experience leading and developing Product Design teams. • Demonstrated experience partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, Research, and cross-functional stakeholders to define strategy and deliver customer-centric digital products. • Experience leading teams through ambiguity, balancing long-term strategic thinking with day-to-day execution, and delivering measurable business and customer outcomes. • Strong understanding of product design principles, interaction design, systems thinking, user-centered design, and modern product development practices. • Experience using customer insights, qualitative and quantitative data, and AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies to improve team effectiveness and product outcomes. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, coaching, and organizational leadership skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
