📋 Description

• Make the autonomous platform dependable enough to trust with autonomous action • Harden agent dispatch with circuit breakers, correct retry semantics, health-aware routing, and failure-surfacing error handling • Add a caching layer and event-streaming backbone • Decide whether to remain as-is, move to Kubernetes, or adopt an intermediate orchestration approach, then execute the decision • Introduce infrastructure as code and mature deployment practices • Refactor toward per-session isolation so concurrent agent runs are safe • Own service scaffolding standards, testing strategy, CI, and platform observability • Rotate through Systems and SRE embeds • Serve as technical deputy and make decisions when the Chief Architect is unavailable

🎯 Requirements

• A long record of shipping and hardening complex distributed systems as a hands-on engineer at senior level • Real experience taking a fast-built system to production dependability, including idempotency, circuit breaking, backpressure, and observable degradation • Range across Python and Java • Comfort in backend services, data infrastructure, and deployment • Judgment about orchestration and scaling grounded in operating systems • Kubernetes at production scale, event streaming, and CI at scale are nice to have
