📋 Description

• Monitor and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to transportation and logistics • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify any areas of non-compliance and take corrective action • Stay up-to-date on changes to regulations and communicate updates to relevant departments • Train employees on compliance policies and procedures • Manage compliance documentation and records • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance in all aspects of the business • Respond to compliance inquiries and requests from regulatory agencies • Prepare reports and presentations on compliance status and progress • Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them • Conduct internal investigations and recommend corrective actions when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field • At least 2 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry • Strong understanding of transportation regulations and standards • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and remotely • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Experience conducting audits and investigations preferred
