📋 Description

• Field inbound leads from lead form submissions and inbound calls • Make proactive phone calls to existing and former customers to promote service usage • Provide service estimates via call, SMS, and email • Guide customers through the online portal to book their moves • Promote additional services and service upgrades • Generate referrals • Serve as a consultative guide for customers seeking student move-in, move-out, storage, and shipping solutions • Connect customers with the company’s services as part of the Customer Experience Team

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional communication with strong sales aptitude • Strong critical thinking skills • Ability to handle fast-paced changes and intense workloads • Strong phone presence • High emotional intelligence to understand fellow team members and clients alike • Technologically savvy, with the ability to learn new software rapidly • 1–2 years of customer-facing experience preferred, such as retail, hospitality, or customer service • Ability to work a flexible schedule on evenings and weekends as necessary during peak season (March–September) • Availability for a part-time seasonal schedule averaging 15–25 hours/week, up to 40 hours/week during March–May
