• Handle the preparation of complex client invoices for both freight and parcel. • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Excellence, Operations, and Implementations teams. • Build strong relationships with customers to resolve disputes and facilitate timely payments. • Regularly document and update billing procedures. • Provide management with key performance indicators. • Assist with requests related to internal and external audits.
• A bachelor’s degree in business or data analytics or 5 years experience in omnichannel, supply chain, parcel, or logistics-related industry is preferred. • WMS/OMS experience is essential. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, mastery of VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas for data analysis. • Experience with Freshdesk, Salesforce, and NetSuite is a plus. • Proven ability to perform data analytics on copious amounts of data. • Strong communication skills, time management, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
