📋 Description

• Develop and maintain billing logic using workflow automation tools for various rate card structures • Troubleshoot upstream data-quality issues that cause billing charge discrepancies • Identify and document billing-system bugs, gaps, and feature requests • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize and implement system improvements • Act as liaison between Finance/Billing and Product/Engineering teams • Communicate billing requirements and provide updates on system performance • Partner with Operations to understand and correct manual data-entry issues • Improve Unit of Measure (UoM) data for SKUs across the Stord network • Build scalable interim automation flows to support acquisitions and billing integrations • Analyze billing data, identify root causes, and drive accuracy and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, System Administrator, Billing Associate, or similar analytical role • Experience preferably within e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain • Strong knowledge of billing processes and financial reporting • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to draw meaningful conclusions • Experience ideally with SQL, JSON data structures, BI tools, and other analytical tools • Strong Excel skills • Problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration skills • Ability to analyze data, articulate findings, and create action plans to drive improvements • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
