📋 Description

• Lead and develop the multidisciplinary team delivering work for the account • Maintain clear operating picture across priorities, owners, deadlines, dependencies, risks and decisions • Set workload and standards, inspect delivery and intervene when quality, pace or performance slips • Run high volume of work across content, publishing, design, analytics, client projects, releases, integrations and AI-enabled services • Turn unclear requests into practical plans outlining outcomes, scope, owners, actions, dependencies, deadlines and decisions • Use operating, audience and delivery data to diagnose problems and make decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in client operations, delivery leadership, content or publishing operations, programme management, product operations, support operations, media, sport or another high-volume environment • High agency creating forward motion without waiting for perfect instructions • Strong judgement deciding what matters now and what needs escalation • Direct people leadership to set standards, allocate work, and handle performance problems • Operational grip running several different workstreams at once without losing detail • Numeracy and analytical ability interrogating imperfect data • Clear communication explaining complex work simply to team members and senior client stakeholders • Comfortable working across content, design, analytics, projects, product, engineering and service delivery • Systems thinking improving mechanisms behind work rather than relying on manual effort • Practical AI fluency using AI to improve operating loops and validate outputs • Genuine interest in basketball and sport understanding how live games and timing impact operational priorities.
